Not only is possible to view Aosta Valley handcraft during the two days of Saint Orso fair; any period of the year is good for visiting IVAT shops and getting a taste of what you can see at the Fair where is possible to find the most representative products.
Today the there are five shops, found in carefully chosen locations. Aosta, Ayas, Cogne, Courmayeur and Gressoney-Saint-Jean are all very striking and attractive locations, among the most beautiful of the region.

In these shops you can find the products that handicraft companies from Valle d’Aosta put on display at the fairs and other events, from wooden objects to textiles products. These shops are not only a sales point; they are above all customer information desks giving information about each type of product with its own particular characteristics, its method of production, from the raw materials to the working technique.

IVAT’s aim is to offer, present and illustrate in the best way possible the craft world by giving out information leaflets and, of course, the sales staff will help you. The motto of IVAT shops is “transparency”. For this reason our products are stamped with a registered trademark affixed by a special technical board to guarantee that the products are made in Aosta Valley following the set rules.
